The Town of Parker will reconstruct Keyser Creek Avenue between Motsenbocker Road and just east of Red Rosa Circle in spring/summer 2023. Work is tentatively scheduled to begin in April and is expected to be complete by early summer. In order to limit the time this project takes, it will result in significant traffic impacts, including full road closures and associated detours.
The project will involve removing existing concrete pavement and replacing it with a new asphalt surface. Also included will be updates to ADA facilities such as corner curb ramps to current standards, as well as the replacement of existing curbs and gutters, sidewalks and parking aprons to meet current standards or fix existing damage. This project will be completed in two phases, each expected to last approximately five weeks:
Traffic control measures will be in place throughout construction, including variable digital message boards and wayfinding signage detailing detour routes.
If you have any additional questions about this project, please contact the Town of Parker Engineering and Public Works Department at 303.840.9546.
