Town Hall Open to Public by Appointment Only

Town Hall is currently open to the public by appointment only. To make an appointment for a scheduled visit, please contact the specific staff person or department directly or call 303.841.0353 to be connected with the appropriate department. In order to maintain required social distancing, the total number of visitors will be limited at any given time. Please be aware that all visitors to Town Hall are required to wear face coverings.

State and Local Emergency Orders

Effective April 16, 2021, the State of Colorado has rescinded Public Health Order 20-36 and its COVID-19 Dial and implemented reduced restrictions for individuals, businesses and activities, as well as reporting requirements for hospitals, to prevent the spread of COVID-19 further in Colorado. Please read the updated Public Health Order 20-38 for more information.

The Douglas County Board of Commissioners voted on April 13 to opt out of the Tri-County Health Department's public health order setting capacity limitations in places like restaurants, churches and gyms. As of April 16, Douglas County businesses will be allowed to determine what capacities are best for them, their patrons and their employees.

A state-wide face covering mandate for Colorado issued by Governor Jared Polis on April 3 remains in place requiring masks to be work in public indoor spaces when 10 or more individuals are present. View the State of Colorado's guidance for mask wearing for more information.
