Kick off the 2018 Holidays in Downtown Parker the weekend after Thanksgiving with our Hometown Holiday weekend.
The Town of Parker is excited to announce the return of the Holiday Carriage Rides to Downtown Parker during the Hometown Holiday weekend. Three horse-drawn wagons and two horse-drawn carriages will stroll down Mainstreet from Discovery Park to O'Brien Park. The dates for the 2018 program are:
Friday, Nov. 23; 3:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 24; 3:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Sunday, Nov. 25; 3:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Carriage ride tickets will be available first-come, first-served for $5.00 a person ages two and up. These rides are very popular and the tickets will go fast so check back closer to the season to obtain information on how to reserve your tickets.
Holiday Entertainment at Discovery Park
During this fun-filled weekend, the community will also be able to enjoy the sights and sounds of the holidays at Discovery Park with ice skating, entertainment from the Ice Wizard, Elsa, Olaf and Santa's helpers!
We would like to thank our The 2017 Carriage Ride Sponsors
Douglas County Libraries in Parker, Fit 36, Parker Flats and Park Sixty Four Apartments, Swingle Lawn, Tree and Landscape Care and Xfinity.
A very special thank you to our volunteers at Joy Lutheran Church. Without these amazing volunteers we would not be able to provide this fun community experience.
