Town Clerk

Responsibilities

The Town Clerk is the custodian of all Town legal documents, including the Municipal Code and handles Open Records Requests. The Town Clerk is the Secretary to the Town Council and the Special Licensing Authority and prepares and distributes Agendas, Minutes and Meeting Packets.

The Town Clerk's office also administers Municipal Elections, Liquor Licenses, and issues Peddler and Solicitor Permits.
